The Hosteler is a chain of backpacker hostels and is well suited for young backpacking travelers. As a brand, we do not recommend families and do not allow all those below 18 years of age to stay with us, nor do we allow admission of kids or infants under 18 years old, even if traveling with legal guardians. Drugs/Substance/Alcohol abuse is STRICTLY prohibited at all our hostels. In case anyone is found possessing or consuming drugs/alcohol during their stay, strict action shall be taken against him/her and the person would be asked to vacate the hostel immediately and would be blacklisted from staying at our hostels forever. For nonrefundable reservations, modification requests (not cancelations) can be considered only if received within 60 minutes of the original booking time. Unfortunately, requests made after this timeframe cannot be accepted. All our hostels have dedicated smoking areas. Smoking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited. We cannot guarantee accommodations in the same dorm room in the case of 3 or 4 people traveling together. Allocation of a room in a specific private room category may vary depending on availability. That will strictly be subject to availability until the time of check-in. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and at the discretion of the management. All guests are mandatorily required to do a pre-arrival contactless check-in via the Glu app (link of which is shared with each guest immediately post booking via Whatsapp). 100% prepayment is mandatory at our hostels on or prior to check-in to ensure guaranteed booking. In case the guest wants to meet the visitor, they can do so in our waiting area or common spaces. Note, visitors are not allowed inside any of the rooms, at any time. Outside food permitted only in designated common areas and inside private rooms. It is strictly prohibited inside dorm rooms. Only female guests are permitted to check into the female dorm. If a male guest books this room type, check-in will be denied as per policy. Modifications to the booking are allowed only within 60 minutes of reservation. No refund will be issued if the booking falls outside the cancellation policy period. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
