Hotel Terms & Conditions We request all guests to carefully read and understand the following Terms & Conditions before making a reservation: Jurisdiction: All disputes shall be subject to Kolhapur jurisdiction. Check-in / Check-out: Standard check-in and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Room Plan: Guests are requested to confirm their selected room plan (EP/CP, etc.) before check-in. Payment: All bills must be settled upon presentation or, where applicable, before check-in at the Front Office. Identification & Couple Policy: A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in. Unmarried couples are not permitted to stay at the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if valid identification is not provided or if the reservation does not comply with the hotel's guest policy. Any applicable cancellation/refund will be subject to the booking's cancellation policy. Extra Person / Child: Children above 5 years of age will be considered as an extra person and applicable charges will be levied. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises. Smoking & Tobacco: Smoking, chewing tobacco, and consumption of tobacco products are strictly prohibited on the hotel premises. Damage to Hotel Property: Guests will be responsible for any loss or damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Applicable repair or replacement charges will be payable by the guest. Outside Food & Beverages: Carrying, ordering, or consuming outside food and beverages on the hotel premises is prohibited. Items of a hazardous or dangerous nature are strictly not permitted. Compliance with Hotel Policies: The hotel management reserves the right to ask a guest to vacate the room and hotel premises, along with their belongings, if the guest violates hotel rules, policies, or applicable laws. Guest Safety: Guests are expected to exercise due care and follow all hotel safety guidelines while using the hotel premises and facilities. Visitors: Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms. Any visitor must comply with the hotel's visitor policy and registration requirements. Online / Travel Portal Bookings: For reservations made through travel agents, companies, or online/offline booking portals, the hotel will not be responsible for discrepancies arising from third-party information regarding room images, descriptions, offers, schemes, payments, refunds, or other commitments. The applicable terms of the booking platform will also apply. Room Availability: In the unlikely event that the hotel is unable to provide the booked room due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel's liability will be limited to refunding any advance amount received. The hotel will not be responsible for arranging alternative accommodation. Parking: Parking is subject to availability. The hotel shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to vehicles or belongings left inside vehicles. Right to Modify Policies: Hotel management reserves the right to modify, amend, or update its policies, rules, and terms & conditions from time to time. Updated policies shall be applicable as communicated by the hotel.Managed by a private host
